Jenna Bishop has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources in the private sector and government contracting industries. She specializes in compliance and policy development, ensuring multi-state organizations comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. In addition, Jenna has a strong background working with government contractors, including providing guidance in regard to Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) as defined by the Service Contract Act (SCA). Jenna is a Senior Management Consultant, Knowledge Management with Helios HR, where she is responsible for managing the HR Resource Center and serving as a resource to the Helios HR team regarding industry trends and regulatory changes. She previously served as an HR Management Consultant, partnering with clients of all sizes to help achieve HR objectives and organizational goals. Jenna has her Bachelor of Arts from Longwood University and is certified by HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR).
