We are committed to providing cost effective educational and networking events for our members. Your sponsorship allows us to continue to grow without sacrificing our high standards and keeping out-of-pocket member expenses to a minimum.

OPPORTUNITIES
ANNUAL EMPLOYMENT LAW & HR SUMMIT
MONTHLY MEETING / SOCIAL EVENT

SPONSORSHIPS REQUIRE A SIGNED CONTRACT.


•Exclusive sponsorship of one meeting/event (does not include Annual Summit).

•Introduction by PWSHRM Board of Director at the beginning of the program.

•Address chapter members/attendees for five (5) minutes before the meeting/event begins.
•Free attendance for Sponsor (up to two (2) attendees) at the meeting/event.
•Organization’s name and logo prominently displayed on the website event page and distributed communications.
•Sponsor logo will also be displayed at the Annual Summit following the event.

Additionally, for in-person events:

•Network with chapter members/attendees.

•Set up a display at the meeting location.
•Food/drink as applicable for event attendees.

 




•“Platinum Cardinal Sponsor” recognition on the PWSHRM website and other designated membership communications.

•A link to Sponsor’s website on the PWSHRM website and in designated PWSHRM communications.

•Social Media recognition twice during the term.
•Free attendance for up to two (2) attendees at all PWSHRM *monthly meetings during the term.  
•The Sponsor can share a slide at the beginning of up to four (4) *monthly meetings on Sponsor information and events.  

•Primary sponsorship of one (1) *monthly meeting during the term. The benefits of a Monthly Meeting sponsor are included with this meeting.

*Monthly meetings do not include the Summit or social events.

Sponsor will supply logo, content and design for communication.
