Presenter(s):  Greg Ballard, CEO Five C Consulting

The Energetic Self Perception Chart and Core Energy theory offer unique insights on personal and corporate energy. When used within a coaching context they provide a vocabulary and a mental model for supporting better decisions as well as to understand and master one’s own personal energy. Core Energy Theory - developed by iPEC founder, Bruce D Schneider, the Core Energy Coaching process is founded on more than 10,000 hours of research and application over the course of 30 years. This interdisciplinary process has its roots in psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), mentoring, consulting, quantum physics, metaphysics, adult and accelerated learning theories, emotional intelligence, leadership development, and theories of conscious evolution.

● Explore the Core Energy Model and brainstorm how each part of the framework relates to you and your work.
● Increased awareness and consciousness of your energy profile.
● Tools to manage and master use your energetic influence.
● Introduce a resource for identifying root causes and aiding employees to reach their professional and personal goals.
● Participants may choose to participate in a 28-Day Habit Building Experience (includes complementary Office Hours on March 23, 2022 from 12 pm to 1 pm ET).
