The Energetic Self Perception Chart and Core Energy theory offer unique insights on personal and corporate energy. When used within a coaching context they provide a vocabulary and a mental model for supporting better decisions as well as to understand and master one’s own personal energy. Core Energy Theory - developed by iPEC founder, Bruce D Schneider, the Core Energy Coaching process is founded on more than 10,000 hours of research and application over the course of 30 years. This interdisciplinary process has its roots in psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), mentoring, consulting, quantum physics, metaphysics, adult and accelerated learning theories, emotional intelligence, leadership development, and theories of conscious evolution.

Greg Ballard is the founder and CEO of Five C Consulting, a boutique firm based in Washington, D.C. Metro. Five C serves mid-sized enterprises with people and strategy services like transformation management, organizational and people assessments, as well as executive mentoring and coaching programs. Five C places a strong emphasis on measuring program impact and delivering bankable ROI to their clients. Greg holds a Bachelor's of Science degree with a minor in Cross-Cultural Communications. He is the Chair of the Woodbridge LeadShare for Prince William Chamber, an alum of Leadership Prince William, Class of 2018 and Chaired the Workforce Development Committee for the Department of Economic Development’s Economic Recovery Taskforce in 2020. Greg, his wife Rhonda and their four children live in Lake Ridge, VA.
