Please consider giving to this worthy relief program and join PWSHRM as we combine efforts with The Human Services Alliance of Greater Prince William to help support The Prince William Area Disaster Fund.
This fund will serve as the primary disaster relief and recovery fund for the Greater Prince William area, with an immediate focus on COVID-19 relief. Funds raised will be distributed to community groups in the form of grants that address food, clothes, housing, supplies, human services, employment assistance and other critical needs. These funds will raise awareness for the many organizations providing assistance for those needing aid in our community.
The OmniRide Employer Services Program provides FREE assistance to employers in Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park who want to encourage their employees to find alternatives to commuting alone and to help them create and expand commuter benefits programs. By working directly with employers, we can help their employees improve their quality of life while at work and on the road. The OmniRide Employer Services Program contributes to healthy workforce development in Prince William County by helping companies offer high-value, competitive benefits packages that attract and keep top talent. - Look at company practices, policies and training to encourage ethical behavior
- Discuss the importance of ethical leadership during a crisis
