There are four keys to fostering a happier workplace culture. This interactive online workshop will delve into all four: Purpose, Engagement, Resilience, and Kindness. We will co-create a space for you to consider the state of happiness at your own workplace, and consider what data you may need to arm yourself with to create a happiness initiative - either formal or informal, HR-led or company-wide.
In this session you will learn more about:
- Building the business case for a happier workforce
- Four keys to a happier workforce ("PERK"):
- Purpose
- Engagement
- Resilience
- Kindness
- Practical, everyday tips to foster happiness at work, supported by research
Gina Weatherup believes we spend too much time working to not be happy at work. She founded Chantilly Mediation and Facilitation to help leaders create happier, more compassionate workplaces - knowing that this is not just the right thing to do, it's the profitable thing to do. Gina is a trained mediator, holds a Master of Arts degree in Women's Studies from the George Washington University, and a Professional Certificate in the Science of Happiness at Work. Gina is a member of the Virginia Mediation Network, the Mid-Atlantic Facilitator Network (MAFN), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
