Presenter(s): Clay & Brad Eure, Eure Consulting Most HR professionals are familiar with the DISC Model of Behavior, but DISC only tells one part of the story. At Eure Consulting we use a tool that goes deeper than DISC to give a fuller picture of the individual. Our Driving Forces assessment reveals a person's motivations and values, which in turn helps better match them to the roles that will naturally fulfill those needs. Learning Objectives: Understand the benefits of using assessments in the workplace. Understand the need to dive deeper than just DISC in order to gain a more complete understanding of individuals. Increase your self-awareness and gain insight into your own behavioral and motivational design.
Brad Eure has over three decades of operations and management experience, and has developed a sharp eye for what it takes to succeed in today's business world.
