Before registering to become a sponsor, please review the list to determine if the opportunity is still open or filled.  If a contract is submitted and payment made for an opportunity that has already been filled, then the payment will be refunded.

STEP 1:  Scroll down to click on the applicable CONTRACT button to view the required on-line contract. To access the contract, you will be required to enter your first and last name along with a contact email address.  You will only be contacted, if you complete and submit the contract for processing.  The contract will open in a new tab, simply click back to the original tab to complete Step 2.

STEP 2:  Click on the SPONSOR EVENT NOW button on the right side of the screen to register and make payment. You will be able to submit payment electronically or send a check when you submit the sponsor registration form.  If selecting a Platinum or Gold level sponsorship and submitting payment electronically, then select Paypal as your payment option in the payment window or contact our Treasurer (treasurer@pwshrm.org) to process a credit card payment (If you select the credit card payment option in the payment window, you will receive an error message for a limit of $1,000).
