Nicole Van Valen is a dynamic leader, advisor, board member, professional speaker, and author with over 20 years of experience across healthcare, behavioral health, and the entertainment industry. As the CEO and Founder of Keane Insights™, Nicole is widely recognized for equipping executives, healthcare leaders, and organizations with evidence-based strategies to reduce burnout, build resilience, and cultivate high-performing, connected cultures.

Nicole combines her clinical expertise as a licensed behavioral health therapist with her executive leadership experience to drive sustainable change in complex environments. Her leadership has been instrumental in fueling organizational growth, enhancing cultural engagement, and inspiring thousands through her keynotes, workshops, and resilience-focused coaching programs. With a strong foundation in human development and organizational psychology, Nicole is a sought-after speaker and advisor on topics such as navigating adversity, authentic leadership, mental well-being, and workforce retention.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Miami and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. She has also pursued doctoral-level study in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Human Resources. As a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Nicole has earned additional credentials in Workplace Culture and AI + Human Intelligence leadership.
