Ensuring equitable pay practices in your organization doesn’t need to be a complex undertaking. The tools and techniques are available to all, and with some basic training, you can learn to assess and monitor pay equity, and work to head off problems in the future. But how do you define “Pay Equity”? What are some common benchmarks that are used by other organizations? Do we use the same techniques for small and large organizations alike? How confident can I be that our review of the data is accurate?  All of this and more will be answered during this webinar.

Learning Objectives:

•What is meant by by pay equity?
•The different ways that equity can be assessed within an organization.
•The basic statistical techniques involved in undertaking a basic equity study.
•How to interpret the basic results of a simple statistical analysis.
•How to visualize what it looks like when an organization’s practices are equitable.
•Techniques for various sample sizes, e.g. what applies to teams vs. departments vs. whole organizations.
