Paul Lopushinsky, Founder Playficient
Investing time in employee journey mapping will impact your employees' experience by laying down the major plot points (or moments that matter) along the way. 90% of companies who use journey mapping find it has a positive impact on satisfaction. An employee journey map identifies the shortcomings in your employee experience, and helps you learn how to cater to the employee experience for different employees
Learning Objectives:
«What is an employee journey map and the benefits of creating one?
«How to conduct interviews and collect feedback for your journey maps.
«How to prioritize solutions and improvements identified through building your employee journey map.
Paul Lopushinsky has worked in the Product Management and User Experience Design space since 2012. He is experienced with using the design thinking process to identify user needs and pain points, along with the user onboarding experience. After observing organizations time and time again focus on the user rather than the employee, he founded Playficient in 2018 to address this gap. Paul strives to help organizations see the value in putting employees first, and making long-term investments into their employees and the employee experience. He was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and has lived in Vancouver since May 2017. For play, Paul's main activities of choice are improv, sketch comedy, tabletop role-playing games, playing guitar, and acro yoga.
