The National Alliance on Mental Illnesses (NAMI) offers understanding to anyone concerned about mental illnesses and the treatment of mental illness. Mental illnesses are brain disorders that are biologically based medical problems. Untreated, they can cause severe disturbances in thinking, feeling and relating. This results in substantially diminished capacity for dealing with the ordinary demands of life. Mental illness can affect persons of any age and occur in any family. They are not caused by bad parenting and not evidence\ of weakness of character.
We are Manassas Fit Body Boot Camp. We specialize in 30-minute fitness sessions that challenge the body and deliver results in a positive, supportive atmosphere.
We maximize our clients’ results by adding nutritional guidance and personal accountability.

Our 30-minute sessions are scheduled 6 days a week throughout the morning and evening to fit your schedule!
Group Benefits Designers, Inc. (GBD) opened its doors in 1982 with the sole purpose of helping businesses navigate employee benefits. Quite a bit has changed in the last 40 years, but we’ve found one thing remains true: when a business has fewer than 100 or even 200 employees, they often do not receive adequate service or dedicated attention and support from an experienced employee benefits consultant.
