Presenter(s):
Meredith Bell, Performance Support Systems

Experts estimate that in most companies 70-90% of their investment in learning and development is wasted because participants don’t apply what they learned. In this program you’ll learn why this happens and what you can do to improve your organization’s ROI. You’ll receive a four-step roadmap that illustrates how to achieve high performance through the creation of a coaching culture. You’ll clearly understand the role these components play in the process: diagnostic 360 feedback, ongoing focused feedback, a three-step system for mastering skills, coaching, and a support system.

Meredith Bell has been an entrepreneur since 1982, and she’s an expert in helping companies develop the people side of their business. She is co-founder and President of Performance Support Systems, a global software company based in Virginia. Their award-winning assessment and development tools have been used by organizations of all types and sizes to help leaders and employees become more effective performers. Many clients have done business with PSS for more than 20 years.  Meredith has personally worked with thousands of business leaders, Human Resources professionals, Learning executives, and leadership consultants to assist them in successful implementation of the tools.

Meredith is the author of the #1 Amazon best-seller, Strong for Performance: Create a Culture with Learning & Development Programs That Stick, and in this presentation she covers key points from the book.
