Afterall, performance improvement is a key driver of organizational competitiveness. Krista Manwaren is a seasoned Senior Human Resources leader and business partner. She has used her diverse background (public and private sector) to affect positive transformation. Krista prides herself on helping to create a culture of collaboration through implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. She has served on the local Society for Human Resource Management’s Chapter Board of Directors, Hampton Roads SHRM, as Programs Director, Vice-President, and President. Krista also served on the local Association for Talent Development Chapter, SEVA TD, as VP of Talent Development. She earned an MPA from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from University of West Florida. Krista has also achieved the designations of SHRM-SCP and SPHR.
