Established in 1990 by Dr. Doreen Granpeesheh, the Center For Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) therapies’ are fundamentally based on the teachings of University of California, Los Angeles renowned autism treatment scientist, Dr. Ivar Lovaas. CARD® is committed to remaining at the forefront of research on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based methods of autism assessment and treatment. We provide services to patients of all ages across all settings at locations throughout the US and locally throughout Northern Virginia. All clinicians and behavior technicians are board certified and have undergone extensive training in ABA and autism spectrum disorder.

Learn practical strategies and actions to engage every employee, from the newest hire through the C-suite, in being proactive in the Learning and Development needs of your organization. We’ll walk through the ADDIE model as we illustrate solutions to identify training needs, close performance gaps, and plan for continual improvement, helping employees experience increased job satisfaction and have greater opportunities for advancement. Afterall, performance improvement is a key driver of organizational competitiveness.

Krista Manwaren is a seasoned Senior Human Resources leader and business partner.  She has used her diverse background (public and private sector) to affect positive transformation. Krista prides herself on helping to create a culture of collaboration through implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. She has served on the local Society for Human Resource Management’s Chapter Board of Directors, Hampton Roads SHRM, as Programs Director, Vice-President, and President. Krista also served on the local Association for Talent Development Chapter, SEVA TD, as VP of Talent Development. She earned an MPA from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from University of West Florida. Krista has also achieved the designations of SHRM-SCP and SPHR.
